I cannot think of anything that would improve the service the patient received during her stay. Both the paid and voluntary staff work tirelessly every single day and I cannot thank them enough. Maybe more support for the staff that are very stretched.

From the moment Trinity staff called to see my mum and I at Victoria Hospital, all the apprehensions I had disappeared. There were so many staff that went above and beyond. Amanda will always be precious to us. We cannot repay your kindness but trust me we will raise money for you.
